Pre-request Response Notice - Notification of Lodgement of Change Application (Minor Change)

Good Day,

In relation to the abovementioned property and Decision Notice MCU19/0001, on behalf of HERITAGE MOTEL
INVESTMENTS PTY LTD, in accordance with s.80 of the Planning Act 2016 we hereby notify Noosa Council that
a Change Application (Minor Change) will be submitted to SARA.

The Minor Change application is required to formalise the variations between the plans approved by SARA
(1901-9327 SRA) and the plans approved by Noosa Council (MCU19/0001). The consolidation of the plans are
required to enable the lodgement of further development applications (namely Operational Works).

Please find enclosed the following documentation which will be lodged to SARA as part of the Minor Change
application:

         • Cover letter to SARA,
         • DA Form 5,
         • Certificate of Titles and Registered Survey Plan,
         • Signed Landowner’s Consent, and
         • Town Planning Report and supporting Appendices A and B.

As per s.80(4) of the Planning Act 2016, Council is to provide a Notice stating Council’s response to the Minor
Change application.
