1.      The proposal has huge benefits in making Noosa a food destination.’ J.he outdoor dining

        experience is what Noosa is known for.

2.      A very small area of the park is actually used.


3.      No additional traffic (so no need for further car parking) as the majority of patrons either walk, use

        public transport or catch the ferry.

4.      No increase in noise
