Re; Minor Change Application for 1 Werin Street, Tewantin.
MCU 16/0139 including Extension to Currency Period MCU16/0139.01

Dear Ms. Coyle,
This is a Minor Change Application in regard to the above Development Approval.
Marked up plans attached summarise the proposed changes and I have also included clean plans for comparison to our Development  Approved plans. Please send all correspondence to the email address below.

The minor changes we seek are;

Alteration to front stairs of Unit 1. This has been done to create better access for disabled persons.

Remove exit door from garage area Unit 1.

Area adjoining garage to be slab construction rather than timber to suite site contours.

Unit 1 southern deck size reduced at request of Council.

Unit 2 internal stairs changed from split level to straight stair flight to suite site contours. The layout of the area remains unchanged other than the effect of the stair change.

Various roof pitch changes are proposed as shown on the attached plans. This has been done to ensure compliance with Council height restrictions.
