that supersede the repealed laws, if that is consistent with the overall purpose of this
deed and does not lead to an anomaly.

Counterparts

78 ’ This deed may be executed by executing identical documents. It comes into effect when
all the identical documents have been executed.

Jurisdiction

79 This deed is governed by the law of the jurisdiction specified in the schedule. Each party
submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. No party may argue, on the
basis of the doctrine of forum non-conveniens or any other basis, that the courts of that
jurisdiction should not exercise jurisdiction.
