. We would like to support the current development application that is being advertised for the
  project at 215 David Low Way Peregian Beach (MCU16/0153 and REC16/0041).

 We have both looked over the plans for the development of visitor accommodation and beach
 houses and believe there is merit for both uses in this location. The buildings shown on the plans
 are sufficiently modest in size and scale and will be well suited to this location. There will be very
 little effect visually as it is set back and the height of the motel is in keeping with the surrounding
 buildings.

 Overall, this is a sound design and satisfies the demand for this type of new and boutique style
 short-stay accommodation which is highly sought after, as will be the beach houses which offer
 an assortment of product types, well positioned within this exceptional location.
