NOTICE OF PUBLIC NOTIFICATION COMPLIANCE – MCU FOR SERVICE STATION AND OPW FOR SIGNAGE
52 & 54 MARY STREET, NOOSAVILLE (DESCRIBED AS LOT 21 ON RP72829 AND LOT 1 ON RP131598)

Hi Patrick,

I hereby confirm that the public notification for the above-mentioned development application has been completed in full. The details of the public notification are as follows—


  1.  The public notification period went for 16 business days from Wednesday 25 September until Thursday 17 October;
  2.  A notice was published in the Noosa News on Tuesday 24 September;
  3.  Two public notification signs were erected and maintained on the road frontage of the site in accordance with the requirements of PA16 and PR17. The signs were erected on Monday 23 September and will be removed today, Friday 18 October; and
  4.  The adjoining land owners were notified in writing, with letters posted on Friday 20 September.

Please find attached the corresponding documents. Could you please advise whether Council received any submissions?
