           The proposed changes are limited to amendments to the approved plans only. The revisions are minor in
           nature and do not alter the approved land use, development scale, or overall intent of the approval.
           The proposed changes do not result in substantially different development and do not trigger any additional
           assessment matters. Accordingly, the application has been lodged as a minor change.
