    PETITION: REQUEST THAT COUNCIL AMEND ITS LOCAL LAWS TO ALLOW DOGS
    TO BE OFF-LEASH IN FERRIS PARK, SUNSHINE BEACH BETWEEN THE HOURS OF
    4PM AND 8AM

    Seconded:        Cr Pardon
    That the petition tabled by Cr Wilkie requesting that Council amend its local laws to allow
    dogs to be off-leash in Ferris Park, Sunshine Beach between the hours of 4pm and 8am, be
    received and referred to the Chief Executive Officer to determine appropriate action.
                                                                                        Carried.
