In accordance with s.18.1 of the Development Assessment Rules 2017, on behalf of T&J Hodgkinson Pty Ltd
we hereby notify Council that public notification for this development application (MCU22/0067) was
undertaken from 20th May to 13th June in accordance with the requirements under s.17 and Schedule 3 of the
Development Assessment Rules 2017.

I confirm the following public notification actions were undertaken for the above application:

   •   A notice was published in the Noosa Today on 20th May 2022 (see below),
   •   A notice was placed on the premises in the way prescribed under the Development Assessment
       Rules on 20th May 2022 (see below), and
   •   The owners of the adjoining premises were notified of the application on 20th May 2022.
