      •    Symplocos harroldii (hairy hazelwood) – listed as ‘near threatened’ under the NC Act; and
      •    Xanthostemon oppositifolius (southern penda) – listed as ‘vulnerable’ under the NC Act and
           EPBC Act.

3.6       Protected Plants Flora Survey Trigger Map
The Protected Plants Flora Survey Trigger Map identifies that a portion of the vegetated areas onsite
are mapped within a ‘high risk area’ prescribed under the Nature Conservation (Plants) Regulation
2020 (refer to Plate 8).

3.7       The Queensland Waterways for Waterway Barrier Works
The Queensland Waterways for Waterway Barrier Works GIS layer indicates that a Moderate –
amber waterway and multiple Low – green waterways are mapped within the site (refer to Plate 9).
A Low – green waterway is located adjacent to the proposed locations of Village 1 and 2.
