1.4      Topography
The site is located on undulating terrain resulting in slopes between 1-5 degrees across the site.
The site reaches a topographic high of approximately 30m AHD about the north-western boundary
and declines towards the central and southern site extent to a topographic low of 10m AHD.
The Noosa Plan 2020 Planning Scheme mapping maps a single waterway (MSES Regulated
Vegetation – intersecting a watercourse) in the central site extent, however, the QLD Waterway and
Barrier Works mapping depicts three low (green) order waterway dissecting the norther, central, and
southern site extents.
