Text Figure 5: Areas of slope instability noted across the site

The hill crest upon which the residence is to be sited appeared to have been somewhat levelled by cutting
down in the central part and filling to the perimeters, particularly the south-eastern part where fill appeared to
be in the order of up to 2 m high, and battered quite steeply at up to about 32° above the gully head
(containing a landslide) below.

Text Figures 6 and 7 overleaf illustrate site conditions across the proposed development area at the time of
the assessment.
