A detailed SBSWMP including MUSIC modeling is required to support subsequent operational
works applications for the site, and this will be based on civil design details. Objectives SEQ
Regional Plan Implementation Guideline No.7 for Water Sensitive Urban Design.

A detailed effiuent treatment and disposal strategy including MEDLI modelling is required to be
Prepared to support subsequent operational works applications for the site.

A detailed plant waste stream collection, testing and neutralization Strategy is required to be
prepared fo support subsequent Operational works applications for the site. This Strategy .
should include the provision of adequately sized holding/neutralization tanks on each waste
stream including the Home Office delivery line and Retail line. A minimum of 7 days holding
capacity shall be provided. Testing is to be carried out for quality compliance on a monthly
basis. Parameters tested shall include nutrients, Cl, PH, faecal coliforms, COD. Off-site
disposal is required if tank quality requirements cannot be met. Targets are to comply with
WQ0O's for catchment.

Awash down strategy with low water usage/high pressure cleaning and associated evaporation
strategy shall be prepared to support subsequent Operational Works applications for the site.
Any runoff from this system shall be discharged to the effluent treatment system.
