                               Decision Evidence and Findings



Findings on material questions of fact:
   b) Adequate sight distance is available
   c) No adverse crash history exists at the location
   d) Reduces the number of access locations to the state-controlled road.
   e) The objective of the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 (TIA) requires the establishment of
       a road regime that is safe and efficient. The location of access will ensure the safety of all
       road users and maintain the operational efficiency of the state-controlled road.
   f) No significant impact is identified for the safety and efficiency of the state-controlled road.
