5.9 Community survey – other ideas to improve the draft Housing Strategy

Question 9: Are there other ways that we can improve the draft Housing Strategy to address the current housing crisis in the Noosa Shire?

Of the 667 people who took part in the survey, 404 provided a response to this question.

Participants were asked to identify any other ways that the draft housing strategy could be improved. This was an open-ended question allowing those who responded
to detail their ideas.

The responses were analysed to identify sentiment and key themes. The key findings of this analysis are summarised below and further details, including the sentiment
breakdown and examples of verbatim responses, are included on the following page of this report.
