I refer to the application    (MCU16/0153     and REC16/0041)     and wish to lodge my formal
support   for this development     to be approved   to proceed.

I am a regular visitor to the Peregian Beach and Noosa areas and would definitely           support
the Essence of Peregian      Beach project, due to its ideal location   close to the Village.

This project will give people a new offering to stay and do business in the area. The design
is very attractive and most importantly, is in keeping with the look and feel of the Peregian
Village atmosphere.    I support this project as it will offer a unique mix of both lifestyle and
business capabilities   and will become a destination     location for the wider Noosa region.
