 Frontage and access            The site has a 69.8m frontage to Ross Crescent.

 Topography            and      Existing ground levels within the site fall from the Ross Crescent frontage down to the

 Existing vegetation            Vegetation on the site comprises a mix of amenity landscaping around the existing
                                dwelling and pool area. The southern portion of the site includes a stand of coastal
                                vegetation including eucalypts and banksias.
