We wish to make application for Operational Works – Jetty and Material Change of
Use – Landing adjoining the above property.

Please find attached to this e-mail:
    1. DA Form 1
    2. A full set of engineered plans including constructional details
    3. Design advice from an RPEQ
    4. Proof of the land owner
    5. Owners Consent from Council

The proposal is for an extension of the existing Jetty on the far left of the clients
property. The proposal is to extend the Jetty by 4m, increasing the total length to 10m.
