Dear MS. Coyle,
We make application for a Permit for Operational Works as per Point 11 of the above Development
Approval;
e Development Permit for Operational Works ( Access, stormwater, landscaping and car
parking). Current working drawings are attached to this application.

1. Access and Stormwater; Please find attached Operational Works Drawing from Lindsay
Consulting Pty. Ltd. Structural and Civil Engineers. These drawings have also been lodged as
part of the application for Development Permit for Building Works.

2. Landscaping; Plan attached for your information.

3. Carparking; The carparking layout and traffic movements comply with Council requirements.
Carpark heights are Unit 1 - 2.4m and Unit 2 — 2.7m which are both in excess of Council
requirements. Attached for your information is;

(a) Carparking turning circles for enclosed carpark.

(b) Section showing internal height of carparking area Unit 1.

(c) Section showing internal height of carparking area Unit 2.
These drawings have also been lodged as part of the application for Development Permit for building
works.
