The information requested is set out below:
Issue
The site is mapped as being in a Landslide Hazard Area and a site specific geotechnical report has not been provided. Council is concerned with the long-term stability of the proposed works, namely the protection of the mapped waterways running through the subject property.
Information Required
Provide a geotechnical report and site stability assessment for the specific site and development. The report must include:
recommendations for the construction and operational phases of the development to ensure the stability of the subject site, the adjoining properties and the mapped waterways for the longer term; and
a review of the proposed works as shown on BAX Engineering plan no. 167-001-200, Rev A, titled “Earthworks Layout Plan” and dated 29/06/2021.
