RE:    Response to Further Information Request MCU22/0080 – 15 Ross Cres,
       Sunshine Beach Qld 4567


Council issued an information request on 10 June 2022. The applicant provides the
following additional information in response to the items:

   1. Please provide advice as to the use of the dwelling with regard to the AO2.1.
   2. Please provide confirmation that the premises will be used as a dwelling.

The application is for a dwelling house. There are 5 bedrooms each able to accommodate
2 people per room (maximum 10 people) in accordance with AO2.1 and AO6.2 of the Low-
Density Residential code – A condition can be included in this regard.

   3. Please provide amended plans demonstrating compliance with the
      basement definition.

Amended levels are provided demonstrating compliance with the definition of basement.
The backfill of the garage along the norther elevation shows the levels of the ground line
to be a maximum of 1m to the level of the ceiling above.
