Hi Wil,
As discussed, attached is our revised M2683-0-ROL plan which shifts the common boundary south to along the northern side of the proposed vegetation covenant. Lot 1 increases to approximately 6100m2 and lot 2 decreases to approximately 3577m2.

The revised plan ensures that the bushfire setback for lot 1 is wholly within the lot and will be maintained by that land owner.

I trust the attached plan addresses Council’s concern and look forward to receiving the Negotiated Decision / Development Permit in due course.
