    5.   Final Recommendations

To ensure the successful implementation and long-term performance of the stormwater management system,
the following recommendations are made:

              1.   Final engineering design verification to confirm basin and pipe network functionality under all
                   design storm scenarios.

              2.   Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of bio-retention systems to sustain treatment
                   performance.

              3.   Regular review of stormwater infrastructure performance post-development to ensure
                   compliance with local authority standards.



By incorporating these stormwater management measures, the proposed development will effectively balance
