        82. When requested by Council, a Noise Impact Assessment Report (NIAR) showing
monitoring and recording of noise levels must be undertaken to investigate any
complaint (other than a frivolous or vexatious complaint) caused by noise
emissions from operations at the premises.
        83. Such monitoring must be undertaken within a reasonable and practicable
timeframe nominated by Council and be performed by a suitably qualified person
in accordance with accepted guidelines and standards. The report is to be
submitted to Council detailing the results of such monitoring and

size of no more than 1mm, and must be installed in a way that does not

when closed, mosquitoes cannot pass through the valve.
        85. Where it is intended to use rainwater for drinking purposes, a suitable treatment
system is required to be installed to disinfect or treat the water to microbiological
and physical standards as described in the current Australian Drinking Water
Guidelines to make it fit for drinking purposes.
