We moved here because this is one of the few residential local areas. Most of sunshine beach and Noosaville are already full with Short let accommodations and it is unrealistic for locals to live in certain streets due to the traffic and noise resulting from these short term accommodations.

As it has been pointed out, Sobraon and Tingira has very limited parking as it is, due to the high concentration of units. If this large home will be used as STA the noise and parties will affect a lot of local residents and cause a lot of issues with parking.

Due to the housing density in this area the noise already travels far and this has already caused issues with other STAs around.

This street has a rich local community, please help us protect it.

We pay a lot of Council rates here in Noosa and feel the council has an obligation to its residents and locals to keep them safe.
