Fantasea Pools
Dear Sir/Madam
Re: Stability of Site – 70 Robinson Road, Como
An experienced Geo-technician has visited the above site to conduct a geotechnical assessment of the property
to consider any impacts that a proposed swimming pool will have on the Slope Stability of the allotment.
The slope within the pool proposed construction area was measured at between 15-20%. The proposed pool
will be partially supported on piers.
Any excavations must be limited to a 1 to 1 (V:H) cut batter. The pool must be founded a minimum of 600mm
into Natural Stiff Clays. Any excavations must not undermine any existing adjacent structures. Refer to the
pool construction drawings by this office for guidance on these requirements.
Our investigation confirms no existing slope stability issues within the proposed pool location. Construction of
the proposed pool will not compromise the Landslide Stability of the site within this area.
Should you required further information please contact the undersigned.
Yours faithfully
