I refer to Council’s Decision Notice dated 18 June 2020 advising that
Council approved the abovementioned application.


Please be advised that the applicant, the Department of Agriculture &
Fisheries & Department of Housing & Public Works (QBuild), does not
wish to make further representations to Council, or appeal Council’s
decision.


On this basis we confirm that the approval can now take effect in
accordance with Section 75 of the Planning Act 2016.
