    And:          Noosa Council                                           Respondent

     Dear Shane

     I refer to the Overall Parking Layout, Plan CP2.02C-1, prepared by Middap Architecture Pty
     Ltd dated May 2016. The plan shows a car parking layout for the Noosaville Medical and
     Professional Centre that provides parking for:
        e   366 cars;
        e 12 motorcycles (equivalent under the Planning Scheme to 3 cars); and
        e   Bicycle and scooter parking.
    The plan indicates the formal parking arrangement proposed for the land to the south-west of
    the Telstra site which is currently unsealed and used informally for parking. Of the 72 spaces
    proposed for this new formal parking area, 60 are to be allocated and signed for staff parking
    (2.4 metres wide) and the remaining 12 are to be available for general use (2.6 metres wide).
    I have checked the plan and certify that the design complies with the requirements of
    AS/NZS 2890.1:2004 (Australian/New Zealand Standard Parking - Facilities Part 1: Off-
    Street Car Parking).

    Yours faithfully

    Neil Viney
