                 •      Building Work Assessable against the Planning Scheme.
                 This Exemption Certificate has effect for 2 years after the day the certificate was given, and,
                 attaches to the premises and benefits each of the owners, the owners’ successors in title and
                 any occupiers of the premises.
                 OPTIONAL
                 Furthermore, the Material Change of Use/Operational Works/Building Work Assessable
                 against the Planning Scheme for which the Exemption Certificate has been given must have
                 started / be completed within 2 years after the day the certificate was given. Please note that
                 if this timeframe is not met then the Exemption Certificate has no effect.
