This is a newly built duplex of two homes side by side. Each duplex has two bedrooms each. The owners now propose to squeeze eight people in each duplex - sixteen in total!
Ordinarily, people do not sleep together in this way, except to put up with cramped conditions for short periods to save money.
Please do not allow the greedy owners to ruin the amenity of the neighboring properties. Squeezing so many into a property clearly shows the owner has no regard for the negative effects on tge long suffering community - noise, parking, etc.
Please say NO.
