Report on Geotechnical Investigation
Proposed Residential Dwellings
142 Playfords Road, Kin Kin Site 3

At the request of the above, Arcos Unit Group Pty Ltd (AG) undertook a geotechnical
investigation for the above project. The summary of the investigation and subsequent analysis
is detailed in Table 1. The value presented in Table 1 is condition upon the recommendations
within this report being implemented and is described in accordance with the Australian
Geomechanics Society “Guidelines for Landslide Risk Management”.
