INFORMATION REQUIRED
The information requested is set out below:
Issue
The submitted plans:
consider the driveway to extend 5.5m from the proposed building, 2.5m from the property boundary;
show a longitudinal section for the driveway that is not in accordance with council’s standard drawings RS-049 and RS-050, including a 5.5m section with a 1 in 5 grade;
consider the undertaking of minor cut/fill works.
Information Required
Provide amended plans, prepared by an RPEQ (Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland), that include and detail, but not limited to, the following information:
a driveway generally in accordance with council’s standard drawings RS-049 and RS-050;
a driveway extending all the way to the edge of the bitumen;
levels and grades of the access driveway;
a longitudinal section extending from the centreline of the formation in Urunga Pde to the proposed shed;
demonstrate that a B99 vehicle will not bottom out or scrape entering/exiting the driveway;
extent of earthworks, including (but not limited to) batters and/or retaining structures, volumes and stabilisation methods proposed.

The due date for providing the requested information is 16 April 2021. Please advise Council of your response to this information request in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
If you do not provide a response before the due date, it will be taken as if you have decided not to respond to the information request and Council will continue with the assessment of your application.
