Ø       A NOISY LATE NIGHT TAVERN

Ø       ANOTHER BIG LIQUOR BARN

Ø       LOSS OF AN IRREPLACEABLE RECREATION FACILITY, THE Noosa Heads Bowls Club

Ø       More empty shops and offices in Noosa Junction

Ø       Moving the centre of the Junction to Coles Supermarket’s front door

Ø       Loss of open green space and replacement with bitumen and buildings

Ø       Impacts on Pinnaroo Rotary Park’s wildlife and trees

Ø       A major change to the Noosa Plan being made by Sunshine Coast Council at the eleventh hour

Ø       Contravention of Noosa Council’s current zoning of ‘COMMUNITY SERVICES”
