We submit herewith a Development Application for Reconfiguring a Lot – 1 lot into 2 lots and Operational Works
for engineering works associated with the reconfiguration over the above referenced land.

The Noosa Plan 2020 classifies the land as being within the Low Density Residential Zone and identifies the
proposal as Code Assessable because the reconfiguration complies with the minimum lot size.

Council’s application fee will be paid directly by the applicant within the next two days. Would Council please
confirm the application fee by email?

We choose to lodge this application electronically and it would be appreciated if all correspondence to do with
this application please be sent by email.

DA Form 1 and Owner’s Consent are attached as well as other supporting documents.
