2. SITE DETAILS
2.1. Site Description
The subject site is a rectangular shaped lot located on the northern side of Ferguson Street,
Sunshine Beach and described as Lot 283 on RP48111. The site contains a dwelling house (to be
removed).
Pedestrian and vehicular access is from Ferguson Street. The subject site is serviced by standard
infrastructure including reticulated water supply and sewerage, underground telecommunications
and overhead electricity supply, bitumen roadways and kerb and channel.
2.2. Surrounding Land Uses

South: Dwelling houses
East: Dwelling houses
West: Dual occupancy
