Good day I would like to make a submission in support of the proposed development as above. I have read the application material online and understand that this is a change application as there is a current approval for a resort on this land. The proposed design for this resort fits well considering that it is for over 190 rooms. The developer has designed it well by separating the buildings apart. The previous approval had some areas that went into the environmental areas, my reading of this change application is that none of the development goes into these areas. This is a good thing. There will be impacts to the residents in serenity close during construction, but this is the last piece of development, all the other unit complexes have also impacted during their construction so good to see the last bit being done. Noosa Junction I think will benefit from the flow on of people from the resort and its good to see only minor food and shops are being proposed for the resort so people will utilise existing businesses. An improved outcome from the current approval on site.
