3.2.6. Utilities


All necessary utilities and services are currently available to the site. This includes all dedicated stormwater, sewer,
water and electrical / communications points to connect into.


3.2.7. Miscellaneous


The air / water facility will be located at car parking space 1 on the southern boundary adjacent to Eumundi-Noosa Road.
The refuse storage area will be located at the eastern boundary adjacent to the petrol building and will be suitably
screened with a barrier and will be set back from the refuelling forecourt area.


The vent pipes and breathers will be located in a landscaped area on the northern boundary in the landscaped area.


3.2.8. Signage


This application will comprise signage for indicative purposes only. An Operational Works Application will be lodged at a
later stage.
