 Soil Testing

          approval. Early testing and approval critical to avoid construction delays

          of dockets to be supplied to Landscape Architect for approval and record.

 Set out

   X      Set out of hardscape areas. Photographs supplied to Landscape Architect
          for approval or Landscape Architect site inspection
   X      Set out for walls and edges


 Grading

   X      On-Grade subsoil drainage installed and tested prior to backfilling.
          Photographs and written confirmation supplied to Landscape Architect




 Planting

   X      Photographs of all smaller stock species to be to Landscape Architect for
          approval
   X      Written confirmation from nurseries that any plant stock located within
          shade houses have been relocated to allow for full sun hardening 4 weeks
          prior to delivery date
   X      Cultivated subgrade to all turf and planting areas to specified depths. Site
          inspection by Landscape Architect or photographs of all areas of cultivation
          supplied for approval. Critical that this is recorded and approved.
   X      Site fencing installed to exclude all site traffic from cultivated areas.
          Photographs provided to Landscape Architect for approval. Ensure no
          cultivated areas are recompacted by site traffic. This is critical to ensure
          long term plant growth success.
   X      Setout and installation of tree trenches. Photographs supplied to
          Landscape Architect for approval
   X      Plants / transplant when delivered to site, prior to being unloaded from the
          truck Contractor to check for transport related damage, plant form and
          suitability for installation.
