            Information Privacy Act, but states that Council neither confirms
            nor denies the existence of the document, but assuming the
            document does exist, it would be a document to which access
            would be refused under section 67 Information Privacy Act to
            the extent it comprised prescribed information agree to an
            authorised officer exercising a power mentioned in subsection
            69(1)(a) or (b) by audio visual link.
            Note – this section does not commence operation until 1 July
            2026 (see section 219).

Chief       Power, as agency, after considering an amendment application, Section 70 Information
Executive   to decide whether amendment of the document is permitted.     Privacy Act 2009

Chief       Power, as a person of whom a requirement is made under Section 71(1)
Executive   section 70(1), to comply with the requirement.               Information Privacy
