DELEGATE DESCRIPTION OF POWER DELEGATED LEGISLATION ADOPTED BY CONDITIONS TO WHICH THE
COUNCIL DELEGATION IS SUBJECT
Chief Power, as a person who may take water under the Water Act Section 13A(4) Land
Executive 2000, section 96, to exercise a right of access, a right of Act 1994
Officer grazing and a right to bring action for trespass over the
adjacent land.
Chief Power, as an adjacent owner for the land, to consent to the Section 13AC(1)(a)
Executive dedication of non-tidal watercourse land or non-tidal lake land Land Act 1994
Officer as a reserve.
Chief Power, as owner of land having a non-tidal boundary Section 13B(1) Land
Executive (watercourse) (the relevant land), to apply to the chief Act 1994
Officer executive (water) to have land adjoining the relevant land (the
watercourse land) declared to be former watercourse land.
