buy the land.
Chief Power to appeal against the Minister’s determination of the Section 25(2) Land Act
Executive unimproved value of land to be sold under section 24(1) of the 1994
Officer Land Act 1994.
Chief Power, as trustee, lessee or registered owner, to agree to the Section 26(2) Land Act
Executive Minister’s proposal to change the boundaries of a lease, deed 1994

is resuming possession of all or part of a reservation and the
boundaries of the reservation are not stated in the lease, deed
