            existing deed or appropriate plan, and no doubt exists about
            the boundaries of the land, with the written approval of the
            chief executive.

Chief       Power to apply to amend the description in a freeholding lease Section 360C(1) Land
Executive   if the description of the lease may be amended under section Act 1994.
Officer     360(1)(a) or (d).

Chief       Power to apply to amend the description in a term lease or a Section 360C(2) Land
Executive   perpetual lease, other than a State lease, if the description of Act 1994.
Officer     the lease may be amended under section 360A(2)(a), (b) or (c).

Chief       Power to apply to amend the description in a State lease if the Section 360C(3) Land
Executive   description of the lease may be amended under section Act 1994.
Officer     360B(1)(a), (b), (c) or (d).

Chief       Power, as a lessee or a person acting for a lessee, to give Section 360D
Executive   notice of an intention to make an application under section Land Act 1994.
Officer     360C to amend the description of a lease.

Chief       Power to sign the document creating the easement where Section 363(1)(b) Land
Executive   Council is the owner of the land to be benefitted, the public Act 1994.
Officer     utility provider or the owner of the land to be burdened.
