DELEGATE DESCRIPTION OF POWER DELEGATED LEGISLATION ADOPTED BY CONDITIONS TO WHICH THE
COUNCIL DELEGATION IS SUBJECT
Chief Power to consult with the Minister about whether Council Section 431V(2) Land
Executive wishes to be the manager of a declared beach area. Act 1994.
Officer NB. this power only applies to the proposed easements A, B
and C on SP143259 situated in lots 69, 71 and 72 on plan
FD395, which are in the Gladstone Regional Council area
(see section 79 of the Land Regulation 2020).
Chief Power to consult with the public and the owner of the lot about Section 431V(3) Land
Executive the use conditions to be contained in a local law applying to a Act 1994.

Officer enter a remediation agreement with the chief executive.
