Chief Power to give a reasonable entry notice, as defined by section Section 142(2) Local
Executive 138AA(34), to the occupier of a property that a local government Government Act 2009
Officer worker may enter the property and take action required under a
remedial notice.
Chief Power to recover as a debt the amount that the local Section 142(4) Local
Executive government properly and reasonably incurs in taking the action Government Act 2009
