Chief Power, as the holder of a plant authority, to ensure a relevant Section 63(2)
Executive person carrying out an activity under the authority has a copy of Nature Conservation
Officer the authority endorsed by the holder with the relevant person’s (Plants) Regulation
name and residential address available for inspection. 2020
Chief Power, as the holder of a plant authority, to:- Section 64(1)
Executive (a) give the chief executive a notice stating the nature of the Nature Conservation
Officer change and (Plants) Regulation
(b) apply to the chief executive for an amendment of the 2020
authority to reflect the change notify the chief executive
of the change.
Chief Power, as the holder of a plant authority, to notify the chief Section 64A(3)
Executive executive of the change by applying for an amendment Nature Conservation
Officer (Plants) Regulation
