Chief       Power, as the assessment manager and where the Section 45(8) Planning

            76, 84, 85, 86, 87, 93 100, 101, 105, 106ZF(3), 106ZI ,107 and 109
            of the Planning Act 2016.
Chief       Power to keep a list of persons who are appropriately qualified Section 48(3)(b)
Executive   to be an assessment manager in relation to a particular type of Planning Act 2016
Officer     development.
