               (b) is in response to an information request for the
                   application; or
               (c) is in response to further advice provided by an assessing
                   authority about the application.

Chief       Power, as the assessment manager, to give the applicant a Chapter 1, Section
Executive   confirmation notice where part 4 applies to the changed 26.2(a)(i) Development
Officer     application and part 4 did not apply to the original application. Assessment Rules

Chief       Power, as the assessment manager, to determine whether the Chapter 1, Section
Executive   change:-                                                        26.2(b) Development
Officer        (a) would be likely to attract a submission objecting to the Assessment Rules
                   thing comprising the change if public notification were to
                   apply to the change;
               (b) only addresses a matter raised in a properly made
                   submission.
