Chief Power to keep a register containing a copy of each show cause Section 115(1)
Executive notice and enforcement notice given by Council. Plumbing and
Officer Drainage Regulation
2019
Chief Power to remove a notice mentioned in subsection (1) from the Section 115(2)
Executive register if the premises to which the notice relates are Plumbing and
Officer demolished or removed. Drainage Regulation
2019
Chief Power, in relation to each register kept under part 8, division 2, Section 116 Plumbing
Executive to allow a person to:- and Drainage
Officer (a) inspect the register, free of charge, at Council’s public Regulation 2019
office; or
(b) buy a copy of an entry in the register for not more than
the reasonable cost of producing the copy.
Chief Power to sign a certificate stating any of the matters listed in Section 125 Plumbing
Executive section 125 as being evidence of that matter. and Drainage
