Officer 11, Divisions 1, 1A, 2, 3 and 5, other than section 119, to keep the 122 Queensland
register. Heritage Act 1992
##Please note that section 112B and Part 11 divisions 2 to 5
do not apply to those local governments identified in section
199##.
Chief Power, as a person identified in subsection (1), to appeal to the Section 161
Executive Planning & Environment Court against the decision. Queensland Heritage
Officer Act 1992
Chief Power, as a local government, to provide any information or Section 165
Executive assistance that the Minister or chief executive reasonably Queensland Heritage
Officer requires for the purposes of the Act. Act 1992
