Chief       Power, as administering authority who has given a default Section 33(7) State
Executive   certificate under subsection 33(1), to give an amended default Penalties Enforcement
Officer     certificate to the State Penalties Enforcement Registry.       Act 1999

            (b)   issue a fresh infringement notice
            where the registrar has cancelled an enforcement notice and

Executive   whom a fine collection notice for redirection of the enforcement Penalties Enforcement
Officer     debtor’s earnings is in force, to when paying the earnings, Act 1999
            deduct an amount from the earnings as required under Part 5,
            Division 4.
